Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment! This is to compensate for when my time is wasted! I always have other clients who are on a waitlist for last minute appointments so please just give me at least a 24 hour heads up!
If you are going to be late, I need to know within 10 minutes of your appointment if I’ve not heard from you, it will be canceled.
After 15 minutes assume your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged unless I have talk to you personally and accommodated for certain situations
If last-minute cancellations or no-shows or late past the 15 minute mark after three times you will be banned from booking until paying a banning fee.
